Refund & Returns Policy

Please email us at sales@issiemae.com.au within 7 days of receiving goods if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. We will assess your concerns and determine whether return of monies, credit note or exchange is the best method of refund. We do not refund if you have purchased from us and change your mind, or wish to return due to issues arising from trial and error. Eg. If you purchase a product and find later that the colour or style does not co-ordinate with existing interior scheme. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Issie-Mae will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE Hand beaded or sequinned cushions should be handled with extra care as these items are delicate and should be treated as such. Delicate cushions that are damaged on any retail floor (as a result of over handling) are not considered to be faulty and will not be credited or replaced. FILLING YOUR CUSHIONS The best guide to filling you cushion with any insert is to fold the insert in half and allow it to pop open inside the cover. To avoid dog ears make sure you fill the cover corners evenly. Do not force the zipper as this can lead to damage. Squeeze the cushion down to ensure that there is enough slackness in the fabric to easily pull the zipper across. If your zipper has been damaged due to excessive force (pulling, snagging on fabric, etc.) it will not be considered faulty and will not be credited or replaced.
