Delicate cushions that are damaged on any retail floor (as a result of over handling) are not considered to be faulty and will not be credited or replaced. FILLING YOUR CUSHIONS The best guide to filling you cushion with any insert is to fold the insert in half and allow it to pop open inside the cover. To avoid dog ears make sure you fill the cover corners evenly. Do not force the zipper as this can lead to damage. Squeeze the cushion down to ensure that there is enough slackness in the fabric to easily pull the zipper across. If your zipper has been damaged due to excessive force (pulling, snagging on fabric, etc.) it will not be considered faulty and will not be credited or replaced.
